Registration and name badge Upon arrival to the conference venue you are invited to pass by the hospitality desk to take your name badge and meeting bag. Please wear the name badge during the conference and upon departure to the social dinner.
Gala dinner will take place on Thursday June 9 at Restaurant Calasole, Discesa Coroglio, 39, Napoli, dress code is smart casual. Student’s fee does not include this event.
A guided transfer leaving from Museo Archeologico Nazionale will be departing at 7pm. Your confirmation or cancellation upon registration is greatly appreciated to set up tables and transfer vehicles.
Non Smoking Policy and Mobile Phones Smoking is prohibited at the conference venue. It will be possible to smoke outside in the open air. Attendees are kindly invited to switch off their mobile phone or turn down the ringer volume at the conference venue.
