Methods of payment & Conference Registration Form

Please make your payment following the instructions below and do not forget to fill in the Registration Form!

PREREGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Please do not fill in the form if you have not made the payment by bank transfer or by credit card.

1) BANK/WIRE TRANSFER

Wire transfer payments must be made in EUR,
Banking expenses related to money transfer must be paid by the sender.

If you are going to pay by bank wire transfer please pay the registration fee and fill in the form afterwards as you have to enclose copy of that

In both cases you are going to receive and invoice by email at the end of the month or before the conference.

¹The Organizing Secretariat Finance Office needs to match up all receipts which appear on the conference bank account. Therefore we kindly ask you to make sure that your surname is quoted.

At the end of the registration please upload copy of your bank transfer receipt. Please do not fill in the form if you have not made the payment.

2) CREDIT CARD (MasterCard or Visa) or PayPal

Please fill in the registration form fields which are related to the payment by credit card or PayPal

Visa and Mastercard Users: flip your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3-digit code.This 3-digit code is your Credit Card Security Code.

PRE-REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

After your application to preregister is processed, a Preregistration Acknowledgement will be emailed to you. No registration requests will be confirmed until payment has been cashed so please allow the Organizing Secretariat one week for that (bank transfers may take longer).
Your acknowledgement letter will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival. You may not receive any further correspondence before the conference.
Updates about the conference will be given on this website.

ON SITE REGISTRATION

You will be able to register on site, at the conference venue and pay by cash (currency: EUR) or by credit card (MasterCard, Visa).
