Hotel Accommodation, Available Rooms

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Econsulting S.r.l., the Organizing Secretariat, has reserved some hotel rooms – first category - at special negotiated rates (breakfast
included), walking distance from the conference venue in Caserta.

The accommodation dates are arrival June 2nd/departure June 5th, 2024 (3 nights).
Extension of stay will be accepted upon request and subject to availability. These special rates are available over a limited time span
(within the end of April provided that the rooms are not sold out before for the conference).
We wish to inform you that an international tennis tournament is taking place during the same dates, so we suggest reserving as soon
as possible!

To secure your room reservation your credit card number is needed.

The hotel will charge your credit card according to the relevant policy of payment and cancellation.

Reservations will be accepted according to “first come first served” that is according to time and date of request.

If you prefer to book a room on your own, please consider that hotel standards in Caserta are lower than the international standards so
we strongly suggest avoiding the cheapest rates and 1 or 2 stars (second and third category properties).
